Reservations are made through our office. Payments accepted are cash, check, credit card (except American Express).
Security Deposits can be made with a check or with a credit card authorization form. This payment is returned as long as there is no damage to our facilities, and facility was returned to its proper order.
In order to reserve a room on our calendar, full rental payment and security deposit is due at the time of the reservation. We cannot hold facilities for future payment.
Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Appropriate forms can be filled out and brought to our office for requests. Forms may also be emailed (firstname.lastname@example.org) or faxed (601-932-5403) and payment can be made over the phone with a credit card if your requested date is available.
